W3 TOP ROLLERS
PRICE IS FOR SET OF TWO COMPLETE TOP ROLLER ASSEMBLIES AS SHOWN IN MAIN PRODUCT IMAGE
- Suits many makes of Chinese and European Quadrant Shower door
- Suits glass thickness 5mm-6mm
- Used for Top or bottom of door
- Suitable for glass margin 17mm (distance from centre of hole in glass door to outside edge of glass door)
- Wheel diameter 23mm or 25mm Ensuring a wheel is running well after installing can prolong its life by years.
- Suits hole in glass diameter minimum 8mm
- To insure a smooth running wheel apply silicone spray or engineering lubricant around the wheel every 6-12 months.
These are commonly found rollers across many makes and similar to model W2
The main difference between W2 and W3 is regarding the bottom roller version height position.
W3 bottom (bottom version of the W3 top) has the wheel centres opposite and at level height with the centre of the hole in the glass door position.
W2 bottom has the wheel centres 10mm below the centre of the glass hole position.
In application you might find the W3 doesn't push down deep enough to fit in the bottom curved rail and W2 would be required instead.
Its best to look at the height position of your old wheels with the wheel assembly remove as it may be difficult to acertain while looking at them while still attached to the door.
