In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods for exchange or credit card refund they must reach us within 14 days from the date you receive them and be in the condition in which they were sent. Goods returned outside this allocated time frame will not be replaced or refunded. Unless arriving damaged Shower Seal Ltd. are not liable for any return postage costs under DSR regulative.
